ARE Membership provides a service that typically is only offered in big cities. In most small to medium size markets finding a ride is difficult,  inconsistent and not very dependable. Annual Fee - $385 

Benefits include 

• Ondemand fee $15-35 

• Black Car fee $55-85 

• Flat rate hourly pricing for all ARE Ride inventory
